All our kilns are fired up getting ready for next weekend. We will be at the Greek Festival in Fredericksburg at the Nativity of Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church.

Northern VA Christmas Market this weekend - Booth 186

 We are packing up out glass and anxiously waiting for the kilns to cool to bring new pieces to the Dulles Expo Center this weekend.


We are in space 186 - we can't wait to get your opinion of our new booth design.

I wanted to express my gratitude to all of you who have sent good wishes for Geralds' recovery. He has been back home for a couple of weeks and, though moving slowly, will be at the show with me.

We are looking forward to this weekend at the Seawall Art Show in the historic district of Portsmouth VA. Our kilns have been working overtime to bring new and exciting pieces to the waterfront this weekend!

What are you doing this Friday, August 7th? Come join us at the Greenbriar Cafe (1211 West Main) for the RVA First Friday art walk. Chef Julius is cooking up a special menu, there will  live music by the Cocktail Twins and we are cooking up a sampler of our glass! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Join us on the 4th of July Fredericksburg Heritage Festival

Gerald and I will be at the Heritage Festival on Sophia Street for the 4th of July. Our booth is #56, right across from the bandstand. 

The Heritage Festival is a lot of fun for the entire family they have live entertainment (really great bands all day) , a variety of food vendors (mmm the barbeque tasty last year).

Here is a quick pic of  the last pieces out of the kiln before packing up. They really are more vibrant in person but early this morning neither the light or my camera was being cooperative.

Last weekend we did the Spring Bizarre Bazaar with a new gallery look for our booth. Tell me what you think!

We had a great spot on a corner! Gerald, Nancy and I had a wonderful time.

The ground may be covered with snow but it is warm inside our studios. We have our kilns in high gear getting ready for the upcoming Bizarre Bazaar in a few weeks. After staying in will be fun to get out and shop.

November 7 - Holiday Gift Show Richmond VA 6-9pm

Gerald will be at the Richmond Country Club Friday night from 6-9pm . He will have a  large selection of glass our new designs to choose from. We have been keeping all five of our kilns busy so hope to see you there.

Took these pieces out of the big kiln before the sun came out!

Exciting News - we are expecting it's a.......

....Bathtub kiln! It will arrive sometime the end of the month. Until then we are getting the "nursery"/garage ready - moving glass and a general cleanout.

Glass doodles - not certain what I will do with them

Custon triptych for window transom.

This triptych will soon be installed in our client's transom. She was looking for something that would blend with her eclectic decor yet add a modern note to her room. The picture was taken in Nancy's living room (with the sun shining through).- I've turned the picture to the way it will hang in the transom.  When it is installed I will update the picture.
